Returns and Exchanges:
JewelryNest strives to make our customers completely at ease with their shopping experience. So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of stamped invoice. For returns or exchanges, please follow these procedures. You must email us at Request @Jewelrynest.com and notify us that you will be shipping your merchandise. We will then email you back an authorization code. You must include your name, order number, and item number in the email. Please use one of the major shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and insure it for its current value.
JewelryNest will cover all costs associated with shipping item back to you only, and within the US. Any international shipments back will incur a $75.00 flat fee.
Please include a copy of your original invoice with your package. Important: Make no reference to the contents of the box you are sending. In addition, if returning within 30 days for return or exchange fill out the customer authorization form and fill in the authorization code, and check off why you are sending the item back to us .This form must be included in the package as well as the authorization code for processing. Your request will not be processed without this form. You may also fax it to us at 516-612-2575.
To further put our customers at ease, JewelryNest provides a 90 day warranty for repair service on all of our products - certain restrictions and conditions apply (see below):
Every product you receive from JewelryNest must be free of defects or you may return it for credit or replacement. Our warrantee is valid for repairs at JewelryNest only. Improper repair at another facility will void this warranty.
JewelryNest's warrantee does not cover general wear and tear such as:
Nicks or missing stones
Fading or chipping of the item or material
Damage due to personal misuse or negligence
When you purchase a luxury, named brand watch from JewelryNest we guarantee that it is brand new and free from any defects. If returning within 90 days follow the exact directions above noting repair on the customer authorization form. This form must be included in the package. Your request will not be processed without it.
The original manufacturer of your luxury watch purchase from JewelryNest guarantees that your new watch be free of any manufacturing defects. A detailed description of repairs covered are detailed in the enclosed warranty that you receive with your watch. If you should decide that your watch purchase does not meet your needs for any reason, return it to us within 5 days of stamped invoice unworn and in the original packaging, all warrantee materials and sales receipt, along with the completed authorization form and code. Our sales team will help you choose another watch or refund your money.
