Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates and accommodate your needs.

Standard shipping only is free on orders over $400. A shipping fee is applied for any order placed and shipped with priority, overnight and/or international shipping. Deliveries only occur on weekdays, unless other arrangements are made. Shipping and delivery charges are subject t to change and are determined at the time of your order.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed with JewelryNest late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until the following Monday. Packages delivered to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto should add an additional $10.00 charge for standard shipping & delivery. Orders that use standard shipping, arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days when ordered by 12:00 noon M-F(EST), unless alternate arrangements are made,

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your JewelryNest order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Returning Gifts

Gift items shipped to a different location than the billing address cannot be returned for a refund; they can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. When returning a gift, a JewelryNest Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The gift recipient will have 3 months, or 120 days to use the gift card towards another item. Learn More 

Returning Merchandise by Mail

First, you must call 1-516-569-9267 to receive your Return Authorization Code. Please fill out the customer authorization form from the online return request form. Return requests can be processed on our website. Returned items without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Any items received by us after 30 days will be returned back to the sender. All original paperwork and documents must also be included. Also, for security reasons, please do not write "JewelryNest.com" or any other words that would identify the package as containing jewelry. Please send the package to:

Once we receive your returned item (within 30 days of the delivered date and received backdate) and verify the condition of your return item, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account/credit/charge card you used to make the original purchase, excluding shipping and handling.
