Shipping and Delivery:

We don't guarantee delivery times, but we strive to provide accurate estimates and accommodate your needs.

Standard shipping only is free on orders over $400. We apply a shipping fee for any order placed and shipped with priority, overnight, or international shipping. Deliveries only occur on weekdays unless other arrangements have been made. Shipping and delivery charges are subject to change and are determined at the time of your order.

The estimated delivery time assumes orders will be received before noon (EST). We will not process orders placed with JewelryNest late on Friday or Saturday until Monday. Packages delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico should add a $10.00 charge for standard shipping & delivery. Orders that use standard shipping arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days when ordered by noon Monday through Friday (EST), unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Returns and Replacements

 

We want you to be pleased with your JewelryNest order. If you are unsatisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Returned items should include the merchant packaging and tags and be in the same condition as received. A pickup or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Read More

Returning Gifts

Gift items shipped to a location different from the billing address cannot be returned for a refund; they can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. A JewelryNest Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient in the amount of the returned merchandise. The gift recipient will have three months or 120 days to use the gift card for another item. Learn More 

Returning Merchandise by Mail

First, you must call 1-516-569-926 to receive your Return Authorization Code. Please complete the customer authorization form included with the online return request form. Can you process return requests on our website? JewelryNest will not process your request without an authorization code. Any items received after 30 days will be returned to the sender. The buyer must include all original papers, including documents. Please do not write "jewelrynest.com" or any other words that would identify the package containing jewelry. Please send the package to:

Once we receive your returned item (within 30 days of the delivery date and with a received backdate), we will verify the condition of the return item.

We will issue a credit for your total purchase price to the same account/credit/charge card you used to make the original purchase, excluding shipping and handling.
