Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or made to order, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 weeks from the time your order is placed. We take our time to make sure everything is just right before it leaves our hands.

Some pieces are more intricate than others — a multi-stone setting, a delicate pavé band, or a fully custom design takes more time to get right. And if you've asked for something personalized — an engraving, a specific gemstone, a one-of-a-kind piece built just for you — we want to give it the attention it deserves. That's why timelines can vary depending on what you've ordered.
