JewelryNest strives to ensure our customers are completely at ease during their shopping experience. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of the stamped invoice. For returns or exchanges, please follow these procedures. You must email us at Request@Jewelrynest.com and notify us that you will be shipping your merchandise. We will then email you back an authorization code. You must include your name, order number, and item number in the email. Please use one of the major shipping companies, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and insure it for its current value.


JewelryNest will cover all costs associated with shipping items back to you in the US. Any international shipments back will incur a $95.00 flat fee.


The buyer must include this form and the authorization code in the package for processing.

Warranties:

Every product you receive from JewelryNest must be free of defects; if it is not, you may return it for credit or replacement. JewelryNest provides a 90-day warranty for repair service on all products — certain restrictions and conditions apply (see below). Our warranty is valid only for repairs at JewelryNest. Repairs performed at another facility will void this warranty. JewelryNest's warranty does not cover general wear and tear, such as:

  • Scratches
  • Dents
  • Nicks or missing stones
  • Fading or chipping of the item or material
  • Damage due to personal misuse or negligence

Watch Warranty:

When you purchase a luxury, named-brand watch from JewelryNest, we guarantee that it is brand new and free from defects. If returning within 90 days, please follow the directions above and complete the Customer Authorization Form, noting the reason for return. You must include the form in the package — JewelryNest will not process your request without it. The original manufacturer's warranty provides a detailed description of covered repairs. If your watch does not meet your needs for any reason, return it within 30 days of purchase, unworn, in the original packaging with all warranty materials and sales receipt. Our team will help you choose another watch or issue a full refund.
