Order Verification

Due to the high rate of online fraud, we require a valid government-issued photo ID to verify the legitimacy of your order. We adhere strictly to this policy before any order is processed and shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for verification. This process is in place to protect our customers. Buyers may be asked to fax a copy of their ID to 516-612-2575.

Returns & Exchanges

We are confident you will be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement (shipping fees are non-refundable). Personalized items may only be exchanged for items of equal value. Custom orders are non-refundable. All sale items are final — no exceptions. Layaway deposits are also non-refundable.

The original purchaser must return items purchased as gifts. All original paperwork and documentation must be included. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Authorization Code. Returns are only available for items billed and shipped to the same address. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned jewelry. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
