Using  Jewelry Cleaning Solution (tepid water and a mild detergent or ammonia) in a home ultrasonic cleaner is an ideal cleaning choice. Otherwise, use the solution with a soft-bristle toothbrush to dislodge any accumulated dirt. Shake off or tap free the excess moisture, then dry your item with - free cloth.
