Shipping and Delivery
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $400. Priority, overnight, and international shipping carry additional fees. Orders are processed and delivered on weekdays only. Shipping charges are determined at the time of your order and are subject to change.
Orders placed before noon EST are processed the same day. Orders placed late Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico carry an additional $10.00 standard shipping charge. Standard shipping orders placed by noon Monday through Friday typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your JewelryNest order. If you are not, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Returned items must include original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as received. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Returning Gifts
Gift items shipped to a different address than the billing address cannot be returned for a refund — they may only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. A JewelryNest Gift Card will be issued to the recipient in the amount of the returned item's value, valid for 120 days.
How to Return by Mail
Call us at 516-569-9267 to receive your Return Authorization Code. Returns will not be processed without this code. Items received after 30 days will be returned to the sender. Include all original paperwork and documents. Do not write "jewelrynest.com" or any identifying words on the outside of the package.
