Concierge Process

Every custom project starts with you. Submit your project details — sketches, samples, reference photos, measurements, anything that helps us understand your vision. Our team of experienced jewelry professionals reviews everything carefully and makes sure we fully understand your requirements before a single tool is picked up.

Throughout the process, you’ll receive regular updates and feedback from us. If we can’t fulfill a requirement — whether due to budget, design complexity, or timeline — we’ll tell you well in advance and suggest alternatives that work.

Once we’ve fully reviewed your project, we’ll provide a detailed estimate. Upon your approval, we’ll produce a life-size CAD representation within 1 to 3 business days.

You’ll then review the CAD model to confirm you’re happy with the design. If any changes are needed, we’ll revise until you give final approval — no rushing, no shortcuts.

With final approval in hand, we move to production. Manufacturing typically takes around two weeks. Computer-aided design allows us to place even the smallest diamonds and gemstones with a level of precision that hand carving simply can’t match. You’ll also receive photorealistic 3D renderings so you can see exactly what your piece will look like before it’s made.
