Returns
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, excellent value, and superb customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or replacement. Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Correctly personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
- All original paperwork, certificates, and documents must be included.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns are only accepted for items billed and shipped to the same address.
- All return packages must include insurance and require an adult signature upon receipt. Packages that do not meet this requirement will be returned to the sender, and JewelryNest will not be liable for any loss or damage.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, return it within 5 days with the original invoice and packaging. An account credit will be set up for the value of the original item. JewelryNest covers shipping costs for exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please call us at 1-516-569-9267 to receive your Return Authorization Code. Then complete the online return request form on our website.
Important: Items returned without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Any items received after 30 days will be returned to the sender.
When shipping your return, please do not write "JewelryNest" or any words that identify the package as containing jewelry. Send your return to:

Refunds
Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will issue a credit to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you do not see the credit after that time, please call us at 1-516-569-9267.
JewelryNest will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is due to our error. Items received as a gift will be reimbursed by check within 30 days.
