Our Policies

Please Note: Due to the high incidences of fraudulent activity via e-commerce, we require a valid driver's license/and or photo ID to determine the order's validity. As buyer's protection as well. We adhere strictly to these rules before any order begins to be processed and shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive approval. Buyer must fax photo id to 516-612-2575.

Note: These policies apply to orders shipped within the US and worldwide. Product Availability And Price

If you're interested in a piece of jewelry currently on backorder, call us, and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we produce and post it on the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.

Infrequently, we may inaccurately display data on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors when they occur and do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. ring Size

Make sure you select the correct size at purchase. If your ring does not fit, there is a nominal fee for resizing within 30 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 5-10 business days.

Custom Jewelry

JewelryNest customizes our jewelry. All of the rings that JewelryNest sells can have your custom inscription. Please note that any items with a customer inscription, Jewelynest, will not accept for a refund. If you'd like to create a custom piece of jewelry, don't hesitate to get in touch with us using the contact us or at 516-569-9267.

gift Items

For gift items shipped to a different location than the billing address, JelryNest will not accept returns. You can only exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards: Use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.
  • Bank wire: JewlryNest will accept payments on orders of $400 or more

We fully insure each order to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, our policy is that a signature is required for all JewelryNest orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.

Alternate Shipping Address

JewelryNest will confirm orders will be shipped to the same address that the card was issued; however, If you prefer, we can send your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address is on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card. Please call customer service @ 516-569-9267 to get special instructions.

International Shipment

Most international destinations via insured global priority FedEx or UPS. See the table chart click here. We will contact you immediately before shipment if we cannot ship to your destination with full insurance.

Please note: we cannot be responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. To see an estimate of the VAT you would pay, click here. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country and constantly change, we cannot guarantee this estimate's accuracy. Don't hesitate to contact your local office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the amount you paid for your watch on the invoice included with the shipment.

Diamond Certificates

When you order a loose diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are lengthy, detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly-respected diamond laboratories — making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, JewlryNest requires each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.

If you do not include the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, JewelryNest will charge a replacement fee of $150

Laser Inscriptions

Many of our diamonds are laser inscribed. If you find a diamond, you'd like to purchase but does not have a laser inscription. We recommend you get in touch with us and send it to a diamond our grading lab, where they can inscribe it for you free of cost.

Sales Tax

JewelryNest, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York.

Sales and Price Reductions

JewelryNest, we always offer the best value by providing the lowest possible price. All our prices are final.

Easy Returns

To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in new condition, you can return it for an exchange or refund. ** Restocking fee to be included 15%.

Comparison Of Our Website

Comparison purchasing is buying several items to keep the one you like best and return the remainder. It causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. At JewelryNest, we attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. Some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs. And since every computer monitor is different, color and size may vary slightly.

In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, JewelryNest states that Carat's total weight in all purchases may vary +/- 0.1 Carats from the stated weight.

On the JewelryNest Web site, we display our products' dimensions based on the information received from our manufacturers. The manufacturer takes the width and length stated in the product description before rounding the metal in the manufacturing process for any convex or rounded jewelry item. It may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this process.
