Security Guarantee


JewelryNest strives to make our customers completely at ease with their shopping experience. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of the stamped invoice. For returns or exchanges, please follow these procedures. You must email us at [email protected] and notify us that you will be shipping your merchandise. We will then email you back an authorization code. You must include your name, order number, and item number in the email. Please use one of the major shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, ensuring its current value.

JewelryNest will cover all costs associated with shipping items back to you only and within the US. Any international shipments back will incur a $75.00 flat fee.

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your package. Important: Not refer to the contents of the box you are sending. Suppose returns within 30 days for return or exchange, fill out the and check off your preference. The buyer must include this form in the package and the customer authorization form. Watch Warranty:

When you purchase a luxury watch from JewelryNest, Suppose we guarantee it is brand new and free from defects. Suppose you return within 90 days following the directions above, noting repair on the customer authorization form. The buyer must include this form in the package. JewelryNest will not process your request.

The enclosed Warranty received with your item is a detailed description of the repairs covered. If you should decide that your watch purchase does not meet your needs for any reason, return it to us within 30 days of purchase unworn in the original packaging, all warranty materials, and sales receipt, along with the completed. Our sales team will help you choose another watch or refund your money.


To further put our customers at ease, JewelryNest provides a 90-day warranty for repair service on all of our products - certain restrictions and conditions apply (see below):

Every product you receive from JewelryNest must be free of defects, or you may return it for credit or replacement. Our Warranty is valid for repairs at JewelryNest only. Improper repair at another facility will void this Warranty. JewelryNest's Warranty does not cover general wear and tear such as:

  • Scratches
  • Dents
  • Nicks or missing stones
  • Fading or chipping of the item or material
  • Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
